"Cisco" was born and raised in Jersey City, New Jersey. Cisco graduated from Morgan State University and served in the U.S. Armed Forces. Designing for three decades, he earned the NJ State Designer's Award in 1983. He designed costumes for the 2004 production of Joseph and Napoleon, a play by Russell Bouthiller. His fashions will be seen in the upcoming film Down On Your Luck by Robin Jordan. His work has been featured on BTE television, Images Cable DC, New Jersey Cable, Fox's Good Day New York and the ABC network. Cisco’s couture work has appeared in shows across the U.S. He is the founder of LCM Productions.
